Privacy policy

Updated 2026-10-04. The TRADER is currently a private, owner-operated workspace. Its Google Calendar connection is prepared for owner authorization.

Google Calendar data

With consent, the app reads calendar-list details to verify the dedicated The TRADER calendar and manages events for tasks explicitly added to it. Events contain the task title, deadline, rationale, identifier and workspace link. The app restricts changes to that calendar's app-owned task events.

This data is used for Calendar synchronization, not advertising. No AI provider is currently connected.

Storage and sharing

Task records, event links and history are retained in the private workspace. Authorization credentials are kept in restricted files on the owner's server and authorization computer, separate from task records.

Google receives the event information needed for synchronization. Hosting and network providers support the workspace's operation. The public information site has no analytics scripts; operational error logs may contain technical request details.

Retention and control

Records and history remain until removed from the owner's systems; backups may retain copies. Cancelling a task or removing its deadline removes its linked event. Completing a task marks the event Done and disables reminders.

Access can be revoked in Google Account's connected-app settings. Revocation stops further access but does not automatically delete existing events, workspace records, credentials or backups. These must be removed separately.

This notice will be reviewed before a public release or changes to data use.
